Amanda Benson is an actress born in Parramatta, NSW Australia. She studied acting at The Ensemble Studios with Hayes Gordon and graduated in 1987. Amanda then appeared in various Starring roles in a number of Australian Soap Operas including Home and Away, E Street and GP. Formally known as Amanda Newman-Phillips she then married her Home and Away Co Star Greg Benson and went on to have 2 children Dylan and Imogen. Then followed appearances in various TV Series including A Place to Call Home and 13 Episodes of Foxtel and Netflix Deadly Woman. Her film credits include Torn Devotion and a recent cameo in the Rom Com Rhapsody of Love to be released in 2020.
