Born in 1964 in Wettingen, Switzerland (near Zurich), Annette Wunsch is a versatile Swiss-German actress, voice-over artist, and director. After completing her Matura in Baden, she pursued formal acting training at the State University of Music and Performing Arts in Stuttgart from 1984 to 1988.
Throughout her career, Wunsch has established a strong presence in both theater and film. On stage, she has performed in major cities across the German-speaking world, including Berlin, Vienna, Munich, and Zurich. In cinema and television, she is widely recognized for her role as Sabine in the critically acclaimed drama Vakuum (Vacuum, 2017). Her other notable film credits include the award-winning Das Fräulein (2006) and the comedy Die Goldfische (2019). Television audiences also know her from recurring roles and appearances in popular series such as Rote Rosen, Tatort, and Die Rosenheim-Cops.
In addition to her screen and stage work, Wunsch is a prolific voice actress and speaker for radio and dubbing. Fluent in German, English, French, and Italian, she currently resides in Munich and Zurich.
