Candice Roman was a slim, sexy and spirited blonde actress who greatly enlivened several enjoyably down'n'dirty 70's exploitation features during her regrettably fleeting career. Candice gave a delightful performance as cheery nymphomaniac Carla in Jack Hill's hilarious tongue-in-cheek women-in-prison parody "The Big Bird Cage." Roman was likewise very engaging as Claudia Jennings' endearingly daffy stripper best friend Donna in the wonderfully raucous "Unholy Rollers" and memorably chilling as an evil hippie cult member in the lurid "The Manson Massacre." Alas, Candice Roman abruptly stopped acting after appearing in these three films.
