Biographie complète
Born as Cynthia Belliveau on February 18, 1963, in Stratford, Ontario, Canada, she first gained public attention as a beauty pageant contestant, winning Miss Teen Canada in 1980. Before her acting career took off, she worked as a reporter for CKCO-TV in Kitchener and attended the University of Waterloo.
In the 1985 comedy film Loose Screws (also known as Screwballs II), she played the role of the alluring French teacher Mona Lott, credited under the name Cyd Belliveau. She is perhaps best known for her television work, particularly her starring role as Honey Bailey in the series Wind at My Back and as Terry Morgan in the journalism drama E.N.G.. After retiring from acting in the early 2000s, she shifted her focus to interior design and eventually settled in Ojai, California.
