Dora Lipovčan is a Croatian film, television, and theatre actress, born on July 20, 1977, in Berlin, Germany. She graduated from the Academy of Dramatic Arts in 2002 and is currently a permanent member of the drama ensemble at the Croatian National Theatre (HNK) in Zagreb.
Known for her versatility on stage and screen, some of her notable film appearances include roles in Two Players from the Bench (2005), Blubberella (2011), and Operacija Barbarossa (1990). Besides acting, Lipovčan is also a musician who plays the vibraphone in a band.
She comes from a creative family, as she is the granddaughter of the Croatian actor Jozo Martinčević, and the daughter of the music critic Jagoda Majska Martinčević and the journalist and scientist Dr. Srećko Lipovčan.
