Ha Thanh Spetlíková, born in Vietnam but raised in the Czech Republic, is an actress and costume designer of Vietnamese-Czech descent. She gained recognition for her role as a young policewoman in 'Miss Hanoi' (2018), where she investigates the murder of her high school friend's killer who was recently released from prison.
