Born on May 22, 1978, in Talsi, Latvia, Inese Pudža is a distinguished Latvian stage and screen actress. She developed her craft at the Latvian Academy of Culture, where she studied to become a professional performer.
Over the course of her career, Pudža has become a prominent figure in the Latvian arts scene, recognized not only for her work in theater but also as a talented director. In the film industry, she has earned acclaim for her versatile roles, notably appearing in the drama Modris (2014), the historical feature 1906 (2019), and the acclaimed TV series Lost Without a Trace (Bezvēsts pazudušās). Her contribution to the performing arts was further honored when she received the prestigious Lilita Bērziņa Award, an excellence prize in Latvian theater. Most recently, she brought her talents to the horror-comedy genre in the 2024 film Touched by Eternity.
