Jasmina Polak is a Polish-American actress born in Chicago in 1990, who was raised in Poland. She is known for her extensive work in theatre as well as film.
Polak has been acting in theatre for over a decade, working with various directors and eventually becoming part of the ensemble at the Helena Modrzejewska National Old Theatre. Her notable film credits include the award-winning Hardkor Disko (2014), for which she won Best Debut Actor at the Polish Film Festival, The Cracks (2021), and Agnieszka Holland's Green Border (2023).
She is a dual national of the United States and Poland and is multilingual, speaking English (native), Polish (native), and good French and basic Portuguese. Outside of acting, she plays the piano and enjoys music, dancing, gardening, and her dog.
