Her early acting credits include several short films such as 'Gracie: The Diary of a Coma Patient' (2007), 'Seize' (2010), and 'Organ Grinder' (2011). However, she swiftly transitioned into feature film roles, appearing in movies like 'Country Strong' (2010), 'Lukewarm' (2012), 'A Measure of the Sin' (2013), 'A Walk in the Woods' (2015), and 'In Memory Of' (2016). In the trashy horror film 'In the Dark' (2015), Groshong bares all, portraying a character named Lola.
