"Rachel Germaine, a native New Yorker with an enduring fondness for the Yankees and a blunt manner of speech, was born and raised in the city she loves. After graduating from SUNY Albany with a theater major, Rachel honed her comedic skills on the streets of NYC before finding her niche as part of the sketch comedy group Basketcase. Following national success with the troupe, Rachel relocated to Los Angeles to pursue acting opportunities.
Her cinematic debut came in Hazard (2005), followed by appearances on The Sarah Silverman Program alongside fellow New York comedian Sarah Silverman, Happy Endings' second episode as Trish, and a memorable nude role in Weeds' seventh season as a massage therapist with unique methods.
