Raphaële Godin starred in 'Les savates du bon Dieu' (2000). The film portrays Fred, a generous man who gives all his savings to the needy but struggles with societal norms and his own limitations of faith. He becomes a modern Robin Hood figure, stealing from the rich to give to the poor, alongside his new girlfriend. They encounter Maguette, a mysterious black man who challenges societal rules through his experiences as a royal heir in Africa.
