Scarlett Gunden starred in 'Die Insel der tausend Freuden' (1978). Her character, Julia, was once happily married to Michael, a professional tennis player who later became a gambler and lost everything, including Julia to Howard, the casino owner. Sylvia, Julia's best friend and Michael's mistress, persuades him to murder his wealthy aunt, Lady Henriette, for her fortune. However, Peggy, Lady Henriette's private investigator, gets involved and warns Michael about Julia and Sylvia's plot against him.
