Katherine Armstrong is an American actress who gained recognition in the early 1990s for her roles in independent cinema and television. She is perhaps best known to cult film fans for her performance as Christie in the 1990 science fiction thriller Crash and Burn, produced by Full Moon Features. In the film, she portrayed a resilient survivor trapped in a remote TV station, delivering one of the movie's most memorable and dramatic scenes.
Following her breakout in the sci-fi genre, Armstrong transitioned into various film projects, appearing in the thriller Ambition (1991) and the action film Street Soldiers (1991). Her versatility allowed her to move into television throughout the mid-90s, where she secured guest spots on popular series such as the crime drama Silk Stalkings, the action-adventure show Renegade, and the sitcom Cybill.
